Walter Iman

Wally Iman has been working in the area of environmental real estate acquisition, development and restoration for over 20 years. Beginning his career in land brokerage and auctioneering in 1975, his current focus is project selection and approval for MITICO and its contractors. Additionally, Wally continues to lead the MITICO team in planning and directing MITICO’s environmental legal counsel, staff biologists, environmental and construction contractors to maximize the reach of MITICO’s important contribution to stream and wetland restoration in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa.
Zach Morris, M.S.

Chief Operations Officer Zach Morris holds a BS in Wildlife Biology from Missouri State University and an MS in Natural Resource Science and Management from the University of Missouri. Zach’s background in aquatic conservation includes agency, university, and non-profit projects focused on management, scientific research, and advocacy.
As Chief Operations Officer, Zach is responsible for restoration planning on all Mitico projects, including site selection, analysis, and project approval. To date, Zach has prepared mitigation plans that will ensure the restoration and/or protection of over 650 acres of wetland and riparian habitat, a number which will continue to increase as Mitico adds multiple projects each year.
He also works closely with conservation partners across Missouri to expand the reach and ecological lift of mitigation and other restoration projects. Zach helps facilitate Mitico’s partnership with non-profit and private sector partners to achieve long-term conservation goals in Missouri and beyond.
Matt Roth, B.S.

Matt is a certified soil scientist and is responsible for wetland delineations, mitigation design and planning, and mitigation bank development and construction. He has been involved with wetland regulations for 18 years. During those 18 years he has implemented and assessed wetland projects in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas. He is a member of the Society of Wetland Scientists and Missouri Association of Professional Soil Scientists. Matt received his BS in agronomy from Missouri State University.
Stephanie Fenzl, B.S.

Stephanie obtained her BS in Wildlife Biology and Undergraduate Certificate in Environmental Education from Missouri State University in December of 2019. She has worked to conserve wildlife in different settings through scientific research and public education. Stephanie promotes Mitico’s restoration services through communication with landowners and conservation organizations. She will also assist Zach in the planning and implementation of habitat restoration on project sites.
Nick Cuchetti, B.S.

Nick is a soil scientist and Certified Crop Adviser in Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and studied Soil and Plant Sciences. Since graduation, his work has focused on promoting the principles of soil health and scaling Regenerative Agriculture. Nick’s focus areas include nutrient management, pest management, organic farming, ecological farm management, and carbon sequestration.

Kat Brookshire, B.S

Katherine “Kat” Brookshire, EIT holds a BS in Geological Engineering with minors in biology, geology, and explosives from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Kat’s background in environmental remediation includes large contaminant sites, groundwater, drinking water, wastewater, soils, heavy metals, hazardous materials, mining remediation, petroleum, geotechnical design, and erosion control.
As Environmental Engineer, Kat is responsible for assessing and designing stream mitigation projects and ensuring the projects are built according to design. She also assists with mitigation plans, wetlands, and other projects as needed.
